WD Elements such as "Write sequence" have incorrect output document formats

UGENE crashes while trying to save files in the formats "embl" and "swiss-prot".
To reproduce a bug do the following steps:
1) Open Workflow Designer
2) Choose scheme "Marking by length" from samples
3) Set document format "embl" or "swiss-prot" for one of the elements "Write sequence" placed on scheme
4) Run workflow

Bug state: UGENE crashes on assert
Expected state: UGENE can save files in such format (or these formats must be not available)
