Fix lag on removing a region in a large msa

      Description

      1. Open file "test/_common_data/clustal/10000_sequences.aln"
      2. Select any region in sequence view or whole row in name list area
      3. Press "Delete" key
      Current state: it takes around a minute depending on machine configuration to remove the region
