- Open the "General" tab on the options panel.
- Set focus to the reference sequence name line edit and enter 'm' into it.
Expected state: hint widget appears, it contains 5 sequences. - Select the fourth sequence (Mecopoda_elongata_Ishigaki_J)
Expected state: the "Mecopoda_elongata_Ishigaki_J" sequence is set as reference.
Current state: the fourth sequence of the msa is set as reference (Roeseliana_roeseli).
