Since UGENE-2046 UGENE can't open files of the ACE format. These files should be opened with Assembly Browser.
Restore excluded tests:
format_detection_suite: test_0002.xml;
doc_format_suite: ace/*
fix doc_format/dot_prepended_filenames/text_0001.xml: uncomment ace format.
