      Description

      When a user selects "Motif database" parameter in the Cistrome wizard a hint should appear under this field: "Hint: Use 'cistrome.xml' to descrease the computation time. It is a comprehensive collection of motifs from the other databases with similar motifs deleted.".

      The changes are required for both Cistrome wizards!
