Add GUI test for UGENE-2084

A GUI test should be added for the UGENE-2084.
For example, a test external tool that passes initial validation (has the same name as a real tool, etc), but throws an exception should be created. After preparing of the tool, a GUI test should select the test tool in the UGENE Application Settings.
