Dotplot: Allow selection of files/sequences that are not in the active Sequence view

When using dot-plot graph from within Sequence view only a list of sequences that are already added to the view is available.
Allow to select from all files: added to the view, added to the project or even from file system.

Automatically add selected file to the project and sequence view before building a dot-plot.
