Use http://www.uniprot.org/ instead PICR (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/picr/) in the blast search for DAS

In current state the PICR service (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/Tools/picr/) is unstable: it works for little enough sequences only (for the blast search, for other search types it works normally). It is need to use any more stable service, for example, UniProt blast service (http://www.uniprot.org/blast/).
