      Description

      DAS options panel widget should be redesigned:
      Remove similarity search type "Exact sequence". BLAST is the only one possible.
      Move "Database" and "Minimum identity" options to the top after "Region" option.
      Hide redundant options.

      Described changes should be tested on all platforms(*nix, win, mac).
