If an msa contains both amino and DNA sequences, the msa alphabet should be amino

      See the attached file.
      The 21 sequence is recognized as DNA sequence (DNA extended alphabet), all other are amino sequences. In a result, whole msa alphabet is RAW. It should be fixed: if any sequence of msa has amino alphabet, the whole msa alphabet should be amino (except the situation with any unsupported symbols).
