DAS options panel widget shows warning for the big protein sequences

In current state DAS options panel widget shows warning, if sequence part selected to process is less than 4 or longer than 1900 proteins. If one opens a sequence longer than 1900 proteins, he/she would see this warning, because a "whole sequence" option is set by default. May be, it is better to set a "custom region" from 1 to 1900 is this case.
