Minor Sometimes External Tool Widget for dashboard is empty after scheme finish.
Scenario to reproduce:
0. Remove all entries of the workflow output dir.
1. Open WD.
2. Open Call Variants sample.
3. Set valid input data.
4. Start the scheme.
5. Open External Tools tab.
Expected state: there is some info after scheme finish.
Current state: there is an empty widget.
Note: if you launch the scheme again, you'll receive expected info.
