      Description

      1) "--gui-test-crazy-user" ugeneui arg should be supported when env variable UGENE_GUI_TEST set to 1
      2) Default time in seconds to run is 60, if env variable UGENE_GUI_TEST_CRAZY_USER_TIME is not set
