Annotate consensus in the Alignment Editor

      Description

      This is the "light" mode of annotations in MSAEditor. A region on the consensus can be selected and marked somehow (by a color, for instance). It allows to remember specific regions of a huge alignment. The marks should be saved to a file and restored after loading the alignment.
