3D view creates artifacts on other views on Mac

      Description

      1. Open any PDB file.
      2. Open anything else, e.g. COI.aln
        There are some artifacts on the screen: unexpected window (see screenshot). If you click to this artifact (even to the close button), the sequence view with opened PDB will became active window.

      This behavior is the result of a QT bug (https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-8647) which is the result of the imperfect Mac/Cocoa API.
      This bug should be checked on the QT-5.
