Query designer not working for complementary strand

I've made a simple search of two primers. It works with the original sequence, but not with the reverse complemented. Not even setting Query sequence mode to Reverse or both strands.

Please, find attached the sequences and the query schema to test.

Tested in snapshot r369 (Ubuntu).
