      Description

      Currently it is very uncomfortable to specify CAP3 output file. The file name is automatically generated from the first input sequence file, but when you run CAP3 twice or more times the name is not re-generated (taking into account that the file is already present). Also, a user can't edit the file name manually, he/she has to open the browse dialog [maybe it ok (?)].
