CAP3 parameters and their default values

1) Currently not all CAP3 parameters are properly supported, for example parameter "Assembly reverse reads" is supported in GUI, but it seems that it is not supported in source code (no parameter -r in CAP3SupportTaskSettings::getArgumentsList()). All parameters should be verified carefully!

2) Some default values are not the same as in the console CAP3 version. For example, default value for "Overlap percent identity cutoff" is "90", for "Clipping range" is "100". Other parameters should also be verified. Note that modification of the default values affects tests (for example, not all reads from test data are assembled).
