Allow to lauch remote workflows from command line

"It is not clear should the "task-remote-machine" option be presented and how should it work.

I've tried the following usage scenario and it doesn't work:

1. Go to the "Remote machine monitor" dialog.
2. Save the only machine presented in the list to a file using the "Save machine" item in the context menu.
3. Launch the following task in the command line:

ugene align --in=CBS.sto --out=remoteCBS.sto --task-remote-machine=123

The command prompt has been "released" immediately, the output file hasn't appeared".
