Do not delete result file if error occurs during the ACE importing

If importing file can't be imported the import task sets an error and removes the destination file. The file deletion may be a bad idea: if file is appended, it contains another valid objects. Corrupted objects should be removed from base on error.
If file is not appended and no assemblies were successfully imported, it should be deleted.
