BAM format is loaded before workers initialization

Some WD workers uses the list of formats for the initialization.
"Write Assembly" and "Convert File" workers uses the BAM format. But the format is defined in the dbi_bam plugin. Sometimes (on some computers) the BAM format is absent in the formats combobox of the workers.

Make initializations of the workers after loading of all formats.
