Breakpoint shortcut doesn't work for single element

To reproduce:

1. Check the debug mode checkbox in the applications settings
2. Add an element to the scene
3. Open breakpoints manager
4. Try to add the breakpoint to the element by shortcut (Ctrl+B)
Current: nothing happens
Expected: the breakpoint appears
