Adding a fragment from project doesn't work in the "Construct Molecule" dialog

When the "From Project" button is pressed in the "Construct Molecule" dialog, an empty "Select Item" dialog is shown.

This can be detected on a snapshot (e.g. r.413), but not on the same debug version.
