UGENE behaves incorrectly when too many sequences are loaded:
1. Open the attached sequences in UGENE (from the "fasta_sequences.zip" archive). You can see that some sequences are unloaded. Try to load more sequences by selecting them in the Project View and pressing "Enter" (you can close the Sequence View windows opened by selecting the "Window --> Close all windows" item in the main menu). Soon the following warnings appears:
"'Load document: '<document_name>'' task failed: Not enough resources for load document, resource name: 'Memory' available: 6Mb requested: 30Mb"
This error is not clear! The occurred situation should be described more clearly.
2. Open the sequences, select all of them and press "Enter" to load them.
!=> A crash occurs.
3. Currently unloaded sequences are not taken into account when a multiple sequence alignment is created (see "Export --> Export sequences as alignment" in the Project View context menu). May be this should be modified so a user can create an alignment from more sequences that can be loaded.
