A user requested a tool for DNA secondary structure analysis. For example, online service MFold (http://mfold.rna.albany.edu/?q=mfold/DNA-Folding-Form) can be used.
Additional details: "May be, It would more than great, if you could add the temperature (in Celcius degrees) that the folding structure need to be linear. I use these temperature and I have to calculate it by hand using dG. "
