Allow to choose several highlighting modes

Currently you can highlight only one thing in the MSA Editor: agreements, disagreements, etc.

But if you want to highlight, for example, disagreements and gaps simultaneously, you could not do it.

Replace the highlighting mode combobox by a combobox with checkboxes and implement the feature.
