      Description

      See for example UGENE-173 - the "Create Phylogenetic Tree" dialog has "Restore Defaults" and "Save Settings" buttons, this allows to save settings between UGENE sessions.

      It would be nice to have similar functionality in other dialogs (at least in dialogs with a lot of parameters), so a common functionality should be thought out and developed to be later implemented for other dialogs.
