Query Designer scene must be resizable

See "http://ugene.unipro.ru/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1304454974". Here about 15 query elements are used at the same time.

Currently the Query Designer scene can't be resized. And it is very uncomfortable to put all the elements on the scene. Also constraints are cut at the bottom of the scene.

So please make the Query Designer scene resizable as the Workflow Designer scene (it is enlarged e.g. if a user drags an element) and do not cut the constraints - it must be possible to view them.
