Auto annotation feature with restriction enzymes does not work as expected

Auto annotation feature with restriction enzymes does not work as expected
1) Open cyano.gb
2) Configure restrictions to show AciI (sequence: CCGC)
3) See that no results found.

When using 'Find' dialog with 'CCGC' the pattern is found

Notes:
1) According to the log the result is found: [INFO][15:20] Found 1 restriction sites
2) The result is found and shown correctly if a small region with result from cyano.gb is used separately.
