Breakpoints are not removed on the loading another workflow

      Description

      1. Open WD.
      2. Open any workflow, create a breakpoint for any element.
      3. Open another workflow.
        Expected state: breakpoints list is cleared.
        Current state: breakpoints list is not cleared, if you try to edit the breakpoint, UGENE crashes.
