The tab must be modified in the following way.
The tab title must be changed to “Export Consensus” (capital letter ‘C’).
The tab must contain only the following fields:
- “Export to file” label and a line edit with the browse button (“...”) on the next line
- “File format” label and a combo box on the next line
- “Keep gaps” checkbox - optional, see below
Info hint - optional, see below - “Export” button
- “Help” button
The “Export to file” line edit contains a default path:
%user_document_folder% + MSAObjectName + “_consensus.” + default_file_extension.
The “File format” combo box contains values:
- “Plain text”
- “FASTA” - optional, see below
- “GenBank” - optional, see below
Depending on the determined alphabet of the consensus sequence, the following modification of the tab must happen.
If the alphabet was determined (i.e. it is not “raw”), then the layout of the tab must be like on the attached image: “Export to file” fields, “File format” fields, “Keep gaps”. The “File format” combobox must contain all values.
If the alphabet is “raw”, then the tab must show: “Export to file” fields, “File format” fields, and info hint: “Info: alphabet of the consensus is undefined. The sequence can only be saved into a plain text document!” The hint must be green colored (with the standard green color). The “File format” combobox must contain only “Plain text” value in this case.
The “Export” button must be fill the width of the tab.
The “Help” button is displayed at the bottom of the tab and it is right aligned (this is a temporary solution). It must lead to the valid documentation chapter.
