Make "Select Range" dialog to automatically load current selection values

When pressing Ctrl + a, the "Select Range" dialog shows up with the minimum and maximum values for the entire sequence. There are already buttons for the maximum and minimum values, so it would be much useful to introduce the values for the current selection (if nothing is selected, then use max and min).
