Alignment: is not possible to add a molecule from current project (both, DNA or protein)

In an alignment, nothing is visible when selecting "Add from current project". I've tried saving the project, saving the molecules with different extensions (.fa, .fasta, .gb), but nothing. They do not appear.

I've tested the latest snapshot, r498 (Ubuntu, 64 bits).
