Log should store all its entries in english

UGENE log stores its entries as localized strings, so it cause some issues on crash reports analyzing.

1. Log should store non-localized strings and translate them right before demonstrating them to user.
2. Check all UGENE sources: there shouldn't be any places where already translated strings moved to the log. Or find the way to translate string back.
3. Crash handler should take non-localized strings as input.
