Crash on phmmer search with invalid input

Scenario to reproduce:

1. Open any sequence.
2. Select {Tools -> HMMER tools -> HMM3 -> Search with HMM3 phmmer}

   in the main menu.

3. Set any non-sequence format file as query sequence file and start the searching.
   Expected state: the search task fails with an intelligible error message.
   Current state: UGENE crashes.
