Mark circular sequences as circular

To mark sequences as circular in UGENE one should select corresponding objects in the Project View and choose item "Mark as circular" in the context menu. The item is unchecked if at least one of the selected sequences is not circular. I.e. some of the sequences may be already circular, and some of the sequences are linear.
When the sequences are marked as "Circular", the Circular View is automatically opened for them in all opened Sequence View windows.

The issue is the following: Circular Views must be opened for all marked sequences, even if they were already "Circular". Currently, only newly marked sequences are taken into account.
