Smith-Waterman Query improvement

Make qd elements able to return a set of possible positions for each of its annotations.
QD has to include first position that fits in result.

Particularly, this feature has to be implemented for Smith-Waterman element:
If "filter results" option is set to "filter intersections" and SW found a group of intersected results,
QD has to check every result until it finds first that matches schema pattern (now sw filters intersected results
before qd processing that leads to possible loss of the correct results)
