Minor Open "_common_data/scenarios/msa/ma.aln". An extra column with gaps is shown: you can't select it, remove it, or remove all except this column. It doesn't affect any algorithms and doesn't affect the real msa length. The extra column disappears if the msa is long enough to show a horizontal scrollbar.
