Blast: broken layout and error in the log

1. { Tools - BLAST - BLAST Search }
2. Set any proper data, e.g. "_common_data/cmdline/external-tool-support/blastall/query_begin.fa" as input file, "_common_data/cmdline/external-tool-support/blastall/sars_begin" as base name for BLAST DB;
   Current state: after setting of input file - layout becomes broken.
3. Search;
   Current state: search succeeded but there are the following errors in the log

   Unexpected query result code: 19 (foreign key constraint failed)
   Trying to recover from error: Unexpected query result code: 19 (foreign key constraint failed) at src/models/GObject.cpp:188

These errors occur almost with every blast search kind.
