Workflow result file is shown twice on the WD dashboard

Scenario to reproduce:

1. Create (or open) the "read sequence -> write sequence" workflow.
2. Set any valid input (a single file); set the absolute output path. The output path must contain "." or "..". Run the workflow.
   Expected state: there is a single result file on the WD dashboard.
   Current state: there are two identical entries in the result widget on the WD dashboard.
