Add translation qualifiers

This is a request:

It would be great if you could add the feature to add the translation into a qualifier translation for the CDS or mat_peptide or other aminoacid sequence features. Artemis does this and its a great way to make the files rapidly to be able to submit it (since EMBL and NCBI ask for this qualifier. This could be done with the selected translation table or if present in the feature use the translation table specified in the transl_table qualifier.
