"Export highlighted to file" dilaog allows to export with non-set destination file

      Description

      1. Open "data/samples/CLUSTALW/COI.aln".
      2. Set any reference, set any highlighting scheme.
      3. Click the "Export" button on the "Highlighting" options panel widget.
      4. Remove all data from the "Export to file" field. Click the "Export" button.
        Expected state: the "export" button is disabled, or dialog doesn't allow to accept it.
