There was a request to let a user to manually input enzymes in the "Find Restriction Sites" dialog. See http://ugene.unipro.ru/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1363767667/4#4
If the input value is incorrect, the "Selected enzymes" field may be highlighted in red and the OK button is blocked.
