Invalid layout of "Save Graph Cutoffs as Annotations" dialog

How to get a dialog:

1. Open "data/samples/FASTA/human_T1.fa".
2. Click a "Graphs" button on the sequence view toolbar, select any graph.
3. Call context menu on the graph, select {Graph -> Save cutoffs as annotations...}

   menu item.
   The dialog layout is invalid (see the attached screenshot). Fix it.
