UGENE cli help is too long

Output of 'ugene --help' doesn't fit in one screen, because of big list of available tasks, it is inconvenient when user wants just look a brief usage.

Possible solutions:
1) Add --usage option with shorter output.

2) Add separate --list-tasks option.
