Incorrect inverted repeat results when min length and repeat identity is modified

There are two problems:
1) Value of the "repeat_homology" qualifier sometime is lower than the repeat identity value in the dialog (i.e. the qualifier value is incorrect).
2) Not all results are found when the minimum repeat length is changed, e.g. search for inverted repeats with min length 10, then with min length 20. There may be results in the second search that are not included into the first search results.
