Repeat finder algorithm modification

Currently Repeat Finder cannot give us all results that satisfy search settings: it cannot find all repeats that are longer than minimum length and have identity bigger than provided value.
The main disadvantage of the algorithm is that it is focused on the matches/mismatches values that are based on identity and minimum length.
