Alignment of primers

Request: "I also suggest a new function, which is alignment primer. this option allows us to design primer or primer pairs in alignment viewer window, because after the alignment, we want to verify and to distinguish the different sequences. we want primers to amplify DNA from this material, or this group, not others. For this function, multi selections should be allowed, these selected regions are used for primer design in primer3."
