Critical 1. Put attached files to the "%UGENE dir%/data/workflow_samples/users" directory.
2. Open the "Find inversed repeats.uwl" workflow in WD, release mode.
3. Set the "%UGENE dir%/data/samples/Genbank/CVU55762.gb" file to input.
4. Run the workflow
