      Description

      1. Delete slot "URL of a file with mate reads", because it prevents to automatic binding of slots.
      2. Add parameter "library" with values "Paired-end" and "Single-end"
      3. Add new port for paired-end reads, which must be visibile if "Paired-end" parameter is selected
